About

Education in NTT is still an expensive investment, making it difficult for poor people to pay their children's education for a higher level and leads to high percentage of school dropouts.

Difficulties are faced by the poor in paying their children's education as they begin their education or ascend to the next class, as parents usually require a lot of money.

Based on this condition, TLM established the Educational Aid Program for incapable parents who wish to send their children to school with a relatively small interest. The aid is only to pay their children’s tuition fees, to purchase stationeries, and to pay study practices, etc. related to children's education.

TLM expects this program to create an opportunity for underprivileged children to continue their education. Therefore, improving the quality of human resources, encourage change and improve society’s standard of living in general.

The target of this program is the children of TLM Saving & Loan Cooperative’s members and people in TLM Foundation’s service area where its program is implemented. The purpose of this program is to provide education aid for children from Elementary school to University in order to support their education.
