Through a socialization approach, TLMF introduced the Congregation Partnership Program in the form of Laying Hen Farming to the Congregation of GMIT Koenakulum Anin, South Amanatun - TTS. This partnership of Congregational Institutions is one of TLMF's current focuses because there are still many churches with low income experiencing economic difficulties when running their church operations, especially with the number of congregations around 50 families, TLMF sees this as an opportunity to increase church income through congregation empowerment.

The Institutional Partnership carried out by TLMF aims to provide assistance to churches with low economic incomes. In the socialization, TLMF is willing to give 200 laying hens to the church with the condition Rev. Sofeni Y. Neno - Oktovianus and the congregation agree to build 25 chicken coops measuring 7M x 3.25 independently. In addition to self-help cage construction, feeding, pullet and vaccination, YLM will also provide assistance in maintenance up to egg sales. If for approximately 2 years this program succeeds in increasing the church's income, then YTLM will donate the cultivation of laying hens to the GMIT Koenakulum Anin Amanatun Selatan - TTS congregation. The GMIT Koenakulum Anin congregation is one example of a church that YTLM found that needs assistance in order to be economically independent.

This program is a motivation for us in the South Amanatun Class, in my opinion the congregation should thank God because currently Koenakulum Anin is the only congregation that gets a golden opportunity from YTLM. I have seen the success of YTLM's collaboration with PLAN where the youth in East Amanuban and South Amanuban have been quite successful with laying hen cultivation and reducing unemployment in TTS. We are from the South Amanatun Classis also hope to get an opportunity like this.
