TLM Foundation conducts empowerment activities and associated activities with a steadfast commitment to ensuring the safety and welfare of all stakeholders, particularly vulnerable groups (elderly, children, individuals with disabilities, pregnant women, and those living in poverty).

To fulfill this commitment, TLM Foundation has developed a code of conduct documents that serves as a moral foundation for executing its empowerment activities.

  1. Employee Code of Conduct

    A code of conduct document that governs attitude and behavior of TLM Foundation's organs (Board of Trustee, Management and Supervisory) and staff and is mandatory to sign.

  2. Volunteer and Visitor Code of Conduct

    It is a code of conduct document that governs the attitudes and behaviors expected of volunteers associated with TLM Foundation and the guests who visit project locations.

  3. Fokal Point

    Focal Point serves as a representative of TLM Foundation in charge of conducting socialization and training regarding the safeguard policies. This role includes ensuring that all staff members sign the code of conduct integrity pact and receiving, processing and documenting reports relating to code of conduct violations.

All TLM Foundation Protection Policies are socialized for Foundation organs, employees, partner institutions and service communities (beneficiaries).
